01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, registering on, or using any part of the ki888 platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

03 Account Registration

Each player may hold only one (1) active account on ki888. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and must promptly update any details that change. ki888 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been carried out by you, and you will be held responsible for all such activity.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify ki888 immediately by contacting our support team. ki888 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized account access where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.

ki888 reserves the right to refuse registration or close any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects fraudulent activity, misrepresentation, or a breach of these Terms & Conditions.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

ki888 supports the following payment methods for Filipino players: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise stated.

By making a deposit, you confirm that:

• The funds you are depositing are not derived from any illegal activity.
• You are the authorized owner of the payment method being used.
• You are not using ki888 as a mechanism for currency exchange or money transfer.

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. ki888 may require you to submit government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before processing any withdrawal. This is a standard anti-money laundering (AML) requirement and is not optional.

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within your account dashboard. These limits may vary based on your account tier and verification status. ki888 reserves the right to modify these limits at any time with reasonable notice.

ki888 targets the following withdrawal processing times, though these are not guaranteed and may be affected by payment provider delays, verification requirements, or technical issues:

• VIP Platinum and Diamond members: Priority processing targeting under 5 minutes, available 24/7.
• Bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank): Typically 1–3 banking days depending on the receiving institution.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

ki888 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be clearly stated at the time the bonus is offered. By claiming any bonus, you agree to the specific terms applicable to that promotion.

General bonus conditions applicable across all ki888 promotions include:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. ki888 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.

• Bonuses have expiry periods. Unclaimed or unused bonuses that expire will be removed from your account without compensation.

06 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on ki888, including but not limited to Dragon Fishing 2, West Hunter Bingo, Dreams of Macao, fishing games, live casino tables, sports betting markets, and e-sports wagering, are governed by individual game rules that are accessible within each game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the applicable rules before placing wagers.

ki888 uses certified random number generators (RNGs) for applicable games to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live casino games are operated by licensed third-party providers and are subject to those providers' own regulatory certifications.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game session, ki888 will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue and restore the game to its correct state. Where this is not possible, ki888 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wager to the player's account. ki888 shall not be liable for any losses arising from technical failures beyond its reasonable control.

ki888 reserves the right to void any bet or wager that was placed as a result of a pricing error, system error, or any other manifest error. In such cases, the original stake will be returned to the player's account.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on ki888. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any point during your use of ki888.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the ki888 platform.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated wagering designed to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotional offers.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any part of the ki888 platform or its underlying software.
• Using ki888 for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward ki888 staff or other players.
• Accessing ki888 from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited, using VPNs or other tools to circumvent geographic restrictions.

08 Intellectual Property

All content on the ki888 platform, including but not limited to the ki888 name, logo, trademarks, game graphics, software, text, images, audio, and video content, is the exclusive property of ki888 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the ki888 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any ki888 content without prior written consent.
• Use ki888 trademarks or branding in any manner that could cause confusion or imply endorsement.
• Create derivative works based on ki888 content or software.
• Use ki888 content for any commercial purpose whatsoever.

Any unauthorized use of ki888 intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms & Conditions are reserved by ki888.

09 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ki888 and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the ki888 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits resulting from technical malfunctions, system errors, or service interruptions.
• Loss of data or account information.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Any decisions made by you in reliance on information provided on the ki888 platform.
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers.

ki888's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ki888 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit or exclude ki888's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

10 Responsible Gaming

ki888 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. We recognize that for some individuals, gambling can become problematic, and we take our duty of care to our players seriously.

11 Account Suspension & Termination

ki888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice where ki888 reasonably believes that:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Your account has been used for fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• You have provided false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• You are under the minimum age of 21.
• Continued operation of your account poses a risk to ki888, other players, or third parties.
• ki888 is required to do so by a regulatory authority or court order.

You may close your account at any time by contacting ki888 customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance (after deduction of any applicable bonus amounts subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

ki888 reserves the right to retain account records for a minimum of five (5) years following account closure, in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering and regulatory requirements.

12 Amendments to These Terms

ki888 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, ki888 will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the platform prior to the changes taking effect.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of ki888 following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

If you do not agree to any amended terms, you must cease using ki888 and may close your account in accordance with Section 11 of these Terms & Conditions.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or regulatory bodies with authority over ki888's operations.

Before initiating any formal dispute resolution process, you agree to contact ki888 customer support in good faith to attempt to resolve the matter informally. ki888 will make reasonable efforts to resolve any complaint or dispute within a reasonable timeframe.
